Everything you need to know about your order

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping arrives in 2-3 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Click the tracking link in the email or enter the number on our tracking page. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Order Confirmed: We've received your order and payment.

Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment.

Shipped: Your order is on its way! Check your tracking number.

Out for Delivery: Your package will arrive today.

Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.

Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, please contact our support team with your order number.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll update your address. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
